In placing an order by any means with Songs to Suit You, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

In order for us to produce 100% accuracy, you must provide contact details after placing an order and be available for song / wording / pronunciation clarifications at all times.

Personalised Songs

Your unique song will be tailored to your instructions and include as much detail that you provide as possible, however, in order to ensure that the details fit the song in terms of length and style etc. Songs to Suit You reserves the right to include or exclude any details.

Payments

All online payment transactions are processed by PayPal, the global leader in secure online debit and credit card payments. A cheque is acceptable for orders via the telephone providing that funds have cleared prior to despatch of the goods.

Delivery

Delivery will be from 7-10 working days from date of order within the UK. However, there may be occasions that this cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond control for postage services. Royal Mail is the chosen delivery method. A working day does not include Saturday, Sunday or a public bank holiday.

Privacy Policy

Songs to Suit You does not receive your credit/debit details, and only keeps a record of your order consisting of delivery address, email, and song details. Under no circumstances will these details become available to any other person or organisation. When placing an order with Songs to Suit You we reserve the right to contact you via email or telephone to discuss your song.

Copyright

Songs to Suit You owns and retains the full copyright to each personalised song that is ordered. We do give permission for you to make copies of the song for your own enjoyment but under no circumstances must the song be publicly broadcast or commercially distributed without Songs to Suit You’s prior written permission.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, downloads, and images, are the property of Songs to Suit You and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. A refund will not be given if you are not satisfied with the song or if you have provided us with mistyped information for a personalised message. No alterations following despatch will be made.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, a cancellation fee may apply dependant of the amount of work already done on the song. Songs to Suit You reserve the right to apply this fee.
